Exchange, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Exchange Period

  • Exchanges are accepted within 4 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

2. Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are available for damaged products, incorrect items, wrong sizes received, or defective merchandise.
  • To initiate an exchange, customers must email us at houseofrubaab@gmail.com with proof of the issue, such as clear product photos or videos.
  • Exchanges apply only to products purchased directly from our official website.
  • Products returned in unused condition with original packaging will qualify for an exchange.

3. Exchange Conditions

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, discount offers, or using coupon codes are not eligible for exchange.
  • Accessories, customized products, and special clearance items cannot be exchanged.
  • If the delivered size matches the original order but does not fit, customers may request a size exchange with a standard exchange fee of ₹99.
  • If the customer wishes to exchange due to a change of preference, the applicable exchange fee will apply.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Customers may instead request an exchange after delivery if eligible.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable if the order is cancelled within the allowed cancellation period and has not been shipped.
  • Refunds may also be issued if a product becomes unavailable or out of stock after purchase.
  • We do not offer refunds on delivered products. Only exchanges are available.
